Shipping policy

Order Processing:

We aim to process all orders within 1-4 business days.

Please be aware that certain factors could influence processing times, such as incomplete payment, insufficient address information, or high demand during certain seasons. In these instances, we will reach out to customers via email before proceeding with the order to ensure a successful delivery.

Shipping Time:

Our shipping time is generally 7-12 business days for the United States and 10-14 business days for International Countries.

Please be aware that shipping timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

- Customs Inspections

- Weather conditions

- Holiday-related delays

- Carrier or logistics provider delays

While these circumstances are outside of our control, we will make every reasonable effort to keep you informed using the most accurate tracking information available.

Taxes and Duties:

Please note that placing an order with us does not cover any potential customs taxes or duties that your country may impose on incoming packages. It is your responsibility to handle these charges. If you need clarification on the rates, kindly get in touch with your country's customs office.

Important: Jayce & Ridge LLC cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the customs clearance process in the destination country. The timing of releasing your package rests solely with the customs authorities, and we lack control in this matter.

Order Cancellation:

All orders are final once placed and cannot be canceled after submission.

Due to the automated nature of our fulfillment process, orders are sent to our warehouse shortly after purchase and cannot be intercepted, modified, or canceled once payment is completed.

If you no longer wish to keep your order, you may initiate a return after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy. Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt and must be initiated through our store.

We do not accept cancellation requests for orders that are in processing, in transit, or delivered.
